It's actually fairly easy to understand....when you properly fuel your body it will metabolize and burn the fat. Kudos to you for eating back those exercise calories and for understanding that proper eating will do away with those crazy bingeing cravings!!!

It is impossible to properly advise you with a closed diary, but I strongly suspect you aren't eating enough.

If you have set your calories according to MFP you already have a calorie deficit and should be meeting that goal and eating those exercise calories!!

1. Continue on to my goal of 115 (and now that I upped my calories again, it is happening...119 as of today!) 2. Be able to run 5 miles comfortably without feeling like I might die! ;) 3. Continuing on with Yoga. 4. Strengthen my core, tight my abs, and slim down my arms!

1200 calories is so low. If you find you aren't losing then up those calories!! I am now at 1700 calories a day and can't believe I ever tortured myself with 1200!!
