I don't like to exercise around others either, that's why I workout at home. I gave up a long time ago on an exercise buddy too, finally realized I could only count on myself for motivation and I like to do things on my time! ;) Don't look at this as "long", take it one day at a time, yes its a journey, it's a lifestyle…

I'm constantly playing around with my calorie goal, it's so hard to figure out sometimes. You can customize your own goal, but if you use MFP's goal it is important to eat back those exercise calories. It seems to be all about the "net", and I personally try to always net my BMR. There are some fantastic groups here to,…

Look at you, you've exceeded your goal??? Now that's awesome!! Is that a high school graduate in your photo? My oldest son graduated high school a few weeks ago!

I'd be happy to help in anyway I can. I think the most important piece of advice I can give you is to make sure you are eating enough! Now I'm not talking about the eating that has brought us here in the first place, I'm talking about eating enough so that you can properly fuel your body. When we eat enough, our bodies…

Neither! Trust in how your clothes are fitting, how you are feeling, trust in the measuring tape and trust in how much better you are looking!

My diary is open. Are you eating back exercise calories? MFP already has a deficit set for you when you chose your activity level, eat back those exercise calories. Net your BMR at the very least. Hard to advise when I can't see your diary.

It's temporary, don't sweat it. Your weight is going to constantly fluctuate anyhow. Take measurements, make good eating choices, drink water and exercise and it will all fall into place!
-
Sooooooo inspirational. Thank you for sharing and inspiring us to keep at it!!
-
The truth is that number isn't the only indicator of your success!! I have recently gained a few pounds but my measurements are still going down!! I wear a size 2 now and they are getting loose!!! To hell with the scale!!

I don't believe in starving myself, so for me no. Won't fasting make you crave those sweets all over again? It would for me. Is fasting something you are going to continue with for the rest of your life? Whatever path you decide to take it has to be sustainable. The best way to do this is to make it a lifestyle change, eat…

I love the quote in your ticker!!! That is the absolute truth!!!
-
You are well below your calorie goal, it's all about the "NET" calories. Eat to your daily goal and those cravings will subside!
-
Motivation can only come from within!!! You have to decide for yourself how badly you want to make this change, and then be willing to do the work that comes with that!! Eat to your calorie goal, depriving yourself will only cause you to crave and binge! Exercise, eat back those calories...MFP has already created your…

As I suspected you aren't eating enough!! Do as much as your own cooking as possible, eating more fruit and vegetables, whole grains, drink water and eat back those exercise calories!!

And coming here is a step in the right direction!!!

Your diary is closed so it will be difficult to help. Are you eating to your calorie goal? MFP has already created a deficit for you when you chose your activity level, so it is important to eat back those exercise calories!!!
-
With a closed diary it's nearly impossible to help you. Make this a lifestyle change, whatever you choose it has to be sustainable. Eat to your calorie goal, yes that includes your exercise calories, MFP already has a deficit set for you based on the activity level you chose. Exercise, drink water and take it one day at a…

I rinse mine daily and once a week wash it with my clothes.

As of today I am on this plan for 365 days!!

Here's my newest one!!!

I get that....thanks! But without her diary being opened we don't know for sure. Assuming she logs everything everyday.
-
I disagree! Nothing less than your BMR. If you don't know BMR, google it or go to Fat2FitRadio.com or check out the Eat More To Weigh Less Group or Fuel The Machine group. There is tons of info out there. Educate yourself on BMR and TDEE, you will be glad you did!

On a daily basis??? If that's true no wonder she's starving. And it's counterproductive. But her diary isn't open. How do you know this?
-
This!!
-
Without an open diary all anyone can do is take guesses. Open your diary so you can be better helped.

Is that net??
