Are you eating back those exercise calories??? When we don't fuel our bodies properly it will not metabolize and burn away the fat, it will hold on to what you have if you aren't eating enough. Please see the group "Eat more to weigh less"

It would be helpful to see your diary. But as far as the binging is concerned, just stop. How badly do you want this? Bad enough to eat healthier? Exercise and eat back those exercise calories. I need to take a new photo, I've lost more inches and few more pounds since the last one. I am only 3 pounds from goal!!! I was so thrilled when I took my after photo, I had just bought those jeans and was ecstatic that they were size 4's!!! I am now in a size 2!! And the shirt is the same one in both photos!

So glad I found this topic. Glad to see it's not being done everyday! I don't think I could handle that! I'm going to start with 3X's per week and hope to progress up to 5x's. I find this workout difficult and boring, but I want to give it a solid try!

Sounds low then. I'm 5'2" and cw of 123 and I eat about 1500-2000 and I make sure I net my BMR. check out the group "Eat More to Weigh Less" for lots of valuable info.

If you really want some advice I'd suggest you open up your diary, but if you're only on day 5 or 6 you are fretting over nothing.

It could be a few things, but you've only just started. Stay off the scale and keep going. Make sure you are eating enough, when we exercise more we need to eat more in order to fuel our bodies.

IMO you aren't eating enough. Close up that calorie deficit and eat to closer if not all the way to your goal.
