When I completed it I started it over, then when that was done I started B210K. I also use Endomondo. I usually run 3-4 times a week. But now that I will be starting NROL4W, I'm only going to run 2-3 times a week.

I absolutely refuse to give up pasta! I have switched to Ronzoni Smartaste. Tons of yummy recipes out there from Cooking Light, Eating Well, and Skinnytaste and such. Google is your friend!! Measure, measure, measure!! and keep it within your calorie goal. I do not know if the other posters were being silly or not, but I…

I think if you look at that way, you will make it more difficult. Focus on eating healthy, focus on eating enough and not starving yourself and focus on exercising and you will do great!!!

Usually about 100 ozs

Nope...he is very supportive!

I'm an inch shorter and 3 lbs more than you and yes, I hear it quite often. If I was too skinny I wouldn't have the belly that I have....lol Anyhow hold your head high and just smile. From some it's coming from a good place, from others it's jealousy. Eventually those around you will get used to seeing use this way and…

I used to tell myself life was too short to be unhappy, so I'm going to eat and drink whatever I want, whenever. Duhhhh! How stupid I was. But I have turned that around to "Life is too short to not take care of myself". Thank God I learned!

Great question, been trying to figure this one out for awhile myself.
-
We all want it to happen overnight, but it just doesn't work that way. And when it does it's not sustainable. You called "healthy living", that tells me you are on the right path. It will happen, just remind yourself you are more than a number on the scale. My weight has actually gone up, but my measurements are still…
-
You have only just begun. Weight will naturally fluctuate. Put away the scale. Focus on eating healthier and exercise. Lots of great info at the group "Eat More to Weigh Less", and I have also provided tips on my profile.

Stuck??? But you're only a member starting July of this month. Honey, you are only getting started. MFP has created you a deficit and by not eating to your goal (Yes that means eat those exercise calories) you are creating an even bigger deficit which is counterproductive. Your body needs fuel to run efficiently. When it…

Some foods aren't worth eating, but those foods are different for everybody. So if I truly want it, then I will have it, usually in moderation unless of course TOM is involved then the moderation theory occasionally gets kicked to the curb.
-
Congratulations....we have similar mindsets. I too do not believe in deprivation, moderation is key! I did C25K and have moved on to B201K. Your weight loss happened much quicker than mine. Kudos to you!!! Keep fighting the good fight!

15 minutes a day outside is all you need to get Vit D!!
-
If your goals are set to MFP's way then you need to eat back those exercise calories!! They have already given you a deficit. When you don't eat enough your body will crave and you will binge. Educate yourself about TDEE and BMR. Check out the groups Eat MOre To Weigh Less and Fuel The Machine.
-
With a closed diary it's nearly impossible to help you, one can only guess. And my guess is you aren't eating enough. Eating low calorie doesn't work. Your body is a machine and needs to be fueled properly. Focus more on eating healthier and cleaner, read food labels! Exercise, some cardio, some strength training, and…
-
Educate yourself about TDEE and BMR, and yes eat those exercise calories. That is part of MFP's plan. When you chose the activity level, MFP created your deficit based on that. So it is important to eat those calories back, otherwise you will be depriving your body!
-
For those of you that haven't read through the thread, if you've given up soda like I have substitute it for sparklin lime flavored or even lemon flavored water. Read the labels though, some contain sweetener and sodium and some do not. I've also eliminated the crystal light and use stevia instead. I mix in a bit of lemon…

STOP weighing yourself every day!! Body weight naturally fluctuates. Yes, it probably is water weight. Focus on eating healthier and exercising and drink water!
-
I sooooo have to try that!!
-
Wow...what I'd give to be that small again!! Kudos to you!! How often do you exercise? Do you still eat at 1927 when you don't exercise?
-
I have just once again changed my goal, it is now at 1765, not going to count exercise calories and see how this goes. It really makes me feel nutty and confused. Am I the only one who gets obsessed like this??
-
Fabulous....thanks for the help. Now to figure out which calorie goal to use. I do like Fat2Fit's theory of eating at your goal weight. Maybe I'll start there. I'm so close to goal, although I'm not very concerned with losing more weight as much as I am concerned with toning, but it sure would be nice to hit that goal! ;)
