Wow....that gives me way more than any other calculator I have used before. This gets so confusing after awhile. Why does each calculator vary so much?

If you got to fat2fitradio.com , there are calculators to help you choosed a reasonable goal based on body fat percentage.Start with the "Military Body Fat" calculator and from there go to "goal weight" calculator.

I'm forever playing around with my calorie goal and goal weight too for that matter. Up until my son's high school graduation over Memorial Day weekend I was at 119 lbs. Then I gave myself permission to eat whatever I wanted that weekend and soon went up to 125. I went back to MFP's way of setting a calorie goal and…

I stopped binge eating when I learned to eat enough! And I don't deny myself the foods I want either. I just keep to my calorie goal and exercise harder and longer on the days I am craving something, then I have it!

If you don't already have one, get yourself a food scale and measure everything. Do not eyeball! Lawd knows I can eat 1200 calories in one meal, easily!! ;)

Google is your friend, there is tons of info out there to educate yourself. Check out the group Eat More To Weigh Less, tons of info there and use the search function here too!!

Face your fear and get on the scale, just don't make the scale the be all and end all of your successes. The scale does lie and doesn't always accurately portray you! So also get out that tape measure. And as you go along this journey take mental notes of how your clothes are feeling. Praise yourself with a mental high…

Wow, you look amazing....I'm 121 as well, but don't look nearly as good as you!! Please say you are taller....LOL I'm only 5'2"!

I started running with Couch to 5K, and I am now on to Bridge to 10K (was never a runner btw) I like Jillian's dvd's Yoga Meltdown and 30 Day Shred, I also go to www.skinnyms.com for other exercise. My diary and profile are open so feel free to have a look. I've been at this just over a year and have 3 pounds to go to goal.

Sorry it's so small, when I readjust the size it becomes blurry. I was about 168 pounds in my before photo, I am now at 121.
