i've lost 2 stone in about six months. i started eating breakfast when before i wouldn't normally eat until midday, i stopped eating bread based meals in the evening. i also don't snack in the evenings except for fruit, instead i save enough calories for an afternoon snack before dinner. i also did the 30 day squat and abs…

i always listen to metal when i use my crosstrainer, also when dancing haha xD

this used to be a big problem for me, i gradually weaned myself off. made a rule that i won't eat after dinnertime (between 5-6pm) except for fruit which i can have lots of. also i drink lots of cups of tea which helps me feel full for longer. if i absolutely have to then i would have some cereal, porridge or microwaved…

smoked fish and kimchi.

did some shopping, took my dog for a long walk..that's it really :)

i have the same issue, lost 5-7 inches off my measurements, i didn't measure my arms but they don't look any smaller to me. i am small in height but i'm strongly built in the torso area, with broad shoulders and arms. i do some weights which definitely helps the appearance of them but i don't think they will ever be…

have you tried toasted crumpets? the ones i eat are 98 calories each (without butter/spreads) and 2 will keep me going for hours. they are really nice, i have them for lunch most days. :)

my grandparents are scottish and they just ate theirs with salt which was awful and has probably put me off savoury porridge for life! i don't add any sugar to mine but i do have it with dried apple and blueberries, also i prefer the finely milled powdery oats :)

i'm also new, i joined after i had lost the majority of the weight i wanted to lose. i've found tracking very helpful so far, good luck with your progress :)

quorn lasagne, to me it's no different to the meat version, yet it tastes amazing and much lower in fat :)

i had some clothes that were barely worn that i gave to my mum, friends or charity shops. i turned the old ones into blankets for my dog. i've kept my underwear though, since it's only one size bigger..just in case xD

that's amazing, well done :)

I never knew how much I would look forward to my evening snack of fruit!

smoked mackerel for me. i can put it with anything like potatoes, rice or pasta but I've just discovered it's high in salt so i shouldn't be eating it more than twice a week. small biscuits in general can be 40-50 calories each, when i would eat 5 in a row without even thinking about it. it's really made me think more…

you could try baked ones. or baked peas or chickpeas rolled in spices.

I'm also 5'2, currently at 126lb, my GW is around 120lb but I'm not really sure, I am more doing it by eye.

roasted garlic paste. you can add it to anything and it's amazing :)
