Zumba! My instructors cut our session short by about fifteen minutes, but I was teaching for the last three songs and pushing really hard, so it balances out. About fifty minutes all told.
I also got to stand on my feet all day at work! I'm normally pretty sedentary, but I got to spend seven hours walking around in little circles and practicing zumba steps all casual-likeI have no idea what the burn there might be, but it's gotta be better than sitting in a chair all night.
