I walked 20 minutes to work and had a really long, stressful day so I missed aerobics. :(

However, I made up for it by swimming for 30 minutes! :)

Woke up, got ready for work, commute to work.

Parked my car and ran to work (was late; stupid traffic) --> 7 minutes
Break time at work so I jogged up the stairs (I work in a 25 story high rise building :D) --> 6 minutes up, 5 minutes down
2nd break at work and I climbed stairs again --> 7 minutes up, 6 minutes down
After work, walked to my car --> 15 minutes

    Drive home.

Then I spent an hour in the kitchen chopping vegetables and cooking. :D

Up at 5am for an hour on the Elliptical (511 cals).
Home to get the Better Half (he's delicious!) off to work.
Walked my sub-woofer Sam for 40 mins (298 cals).
    Came to work.
Stressed a bit over the level of incompetance that is accepted these days.
Now looking forward to heading home for another walk with Sam-Dog.
THEN, a few beers (already calculated in my caloric intake) for Game 1 of the 2014 State Of Origin series. QUEENSLANDER!!!!
I might wear my HRM during the game......my heartrate will be up-up-up.
    Divine Nine Boys - YEW!!!!!!!
(I am already finding it hard to contain myself).

Went for a short swim but ended up laying in the sun. Had dinner, played an hour of tennis (well chasing after a ball since I haven't played in 10 years), then went for a walk on the nature trails.

Walked 4 miles in 65 minutes with lots of hills, worked, walked a mile round trip to get some Jimmy Johns, worked, walked another 1/2 mile to get some dark chocolate, walked 3.5 miles to watch DDs softball game, then took what I hope is the last bath ever in my teeny tiny 1970s builders grade tub and cleared out the bathroom to get it ready for the remodel that starts tomorrow!
  • Walked my dog for about an hour and burned 354 calories on the elliptical

Zumba! My instructors cut our session short by about fifteen minutes, but I was teaching for the last three songs and pushing really hard, so it balances out. About fifty minutes all told.

I also got to stand on my feet all day at work! I'm normally pretty sedentary, but I got to spend seven hours walking around in little circles and practicing zumba steps all casual-like :D I have no idea what the burn there might be, but it's gotta be better than sitting in a chair all night.

    Rode 32 miles.

On your bicycle? How long did that take? Any hills or just a straighaway? Where (geographically)? I like cycling.
