Home to get the Better Half (he's delicious!) off to work.
Walked my sub-woofer Sam for 40 mins (298 cals).

Stressed a bit over the level of incompetance that is accepted these days.
Now looking forward to heading home for another walk with Sam-Dog.

Zumba! My instructors cut our session short by about fifteen minutes, but I was teaching for the last three songs and pushing really hard, so it balances out. About fifty minutes all told.
I also got to stand on my feet all day at work! I'm normally pretty sedentary, but I got to spend seven hours walking around in little circles and practicing zumba steps all casual-like
I have no idea what the burn there might be, but it's gotta be better than sitting in a chair all night. 0 -
