    Walked for 15 minutes (total) on the hill at my dads house, weed wacked a crap ton of weeds with manual shears. That's about it. Possibly doing a 30 minute workout video after being ashamed of this haha.

    Powerlifting competition. Finished with a 95kg squat, 50kg bench, and 150kg deadlift, breaking the provincial record by 10kg.

    Stayed in bed till noon hoping my gastrocnemius would forgive me for yesterday. Went to the grocery store, changed my lunch plan like 3-4 times, did the same load of laundry a second time, sat around with my foot up. Visiting my mom tonight, so I know I'll be over my calorie target today, but I think I got off pretty easy overall. I'm hoping I can get caught back up tomorrow.

    ran a 5k, now im going to go work on an automotive assembly line for 10.5 hrs, which includes about 5-6 miles of walking just doing my job.

    Had a gym session with a trainer! Did some cycling and running and a bunch of strength training exercises. We went through the program I will be doing on my own, and oh my, I'm in for a fun summer.

    I walked 20 minutes to work and had a really long, stressful day so I missed aerobics. :(

    However, I made up for it by swimming for 30 minutes! :)
