Hello, new here & trying to bulk up

I weigh about 145 soaking wet, am 29 years old and want to get to a respectable weight of 175/180. I don't look bad, feel great, but want to be a thicker, stronger version of myself. A lot has changed with me since January of 2013, when I weighed 115 pounds. I stopped smoking, started cooking more, and bought an olympic weight bench. I bulked up fairly quickly once I fixed my diet, and stuck to a heavy weight, low rep workout. I gained about 15 pounds in one month, and then another 15 over the course of 5 or 6 months. I seem to have plateaued at around 145 and think its a mixture of my diet and my workouts so I decided to try to come here and track & perfect my diet/workout system.

    i'm also new, i joined after i had lost the majority of the weight i wanted to lose. i've found tracking very helpful so far, good luck with your progress :)
