  • I totally agree! I really make sure that I get up to 1200 calories, if I burn all those calories, then if I'm hungry I will eat some healthy snacks, if not, then I don't worry about it! You really have to do what your body is telling you otherwise you will not succeed in the long haul! Good luck!
  • Just wondering, what time do you go to bed, because I seem to have problems when I eat past 8pm and I usually go to bed around 10-11pm. Does eating that late not seem to slow down your loss?   • I have his original sweating to the oldies and do them once and awhile. It does really make you sweat and a good workout in anything that makes you move and sweat. So I would say if you enjoy doing them and have fun with them, go ahead and do them.
  • My whole town does a biggest loser competition every January. They do it so each week the winner with highest % gets a small prize. Then ofcourse the grand prize winner gets big prize at end. But maybe if each week you can give little incentive prizes that don't cost much it would motivate them more! Good luck!
  • I totally agree with this. 4 days isn't enough time to see if something is working. Actually give it some time, you'll probably start seeing more results in your body size (inches) that the number on the scale in the beginning. At least that's what's happening with me.   • I agree with the other postings, that it's all about whether you're comfortable wearing it. Although I know I wouldn't wear a bikini myself until all the pudge was gone, but as far as I have to go I'll probably never be wearing a bikini. So go out and have fun, be proud of what you've got!

  • I use to notice this especially if I was taking a walk, that my fingers would swell. But lately since I have increased my water consumption to a gallon or more a day, I don't notice it as much anymore. Not sure if it was a sodium/water issue or what, but perhaps if you try drinking more water, the issue might work itself…
