I had to redo my calories because I had added calories burned at work, which some people commented that I should do that, so I took them off. These are all workout calories.

I'm in again! It definitely pushes me to make sure I get my burn in! Since I had over 3500 by thursday this week, I think I'll bump my personal goal up to 4000!

Great job, you look great!

I can say that I don't have a set schedule for when I workout due to my work schedule is always different. I just have it set in my mind that I will do a workout sometime in the day and I do it. I guess it's just something that sticks with you. Good luck!

That is soooo true, thank you!

Well thank you everybody for your input, I will weigh my options and let you know which i go with and if I like it! Definitely would like to get one before this summer due to I'm working at a camp this summer and would like to know how much I burn while there due to I may not get to the gym as often!
-
Does it also track calories burned?
-
Great job, you definitely have the results to show for your hard work!

I have been wanting to get one of them, where would you suggest be the best place to buy one and about how much do they cost? I really want one like the biggest loser contestants wear on their biceps. I thought 24/7 fitness gave them theirs, but I'm not sure. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance!!

Well I'm going to say if you're not hungry don't force yourself to eat, that is just going to make you feel worse. Like others have said as long as it's not an everyday occurrance. I usually always hit my 1200 calorie limit but today I didn't, but I was working and I don't get hungry at work because I'm so busy! But I…

I actually do that quite frequently. Especially when I work. I'll log what I'm going to eat during the day before I even go to work. I also do it when I'm home, and if I am way under calories, then I will allow myself a 1/2 cup of ice cream as a snack. I know it's not the best thing, but I figure it's an improvement for me…

I may be wrong since I've only been in a month. But it's my understanding that you don't have to eat back all the calories that you burn. Due to you need to burn more calories than you take in to lose weight. 3500 calories burnt = 1 pound lost. I don't eat back all the calories. The only think I make sure to do is to make…

I totally agree. I do still go out to eat places, I just make sure that I really watch what I eat the rest of the day and get a good workout too. So I would go out to eat and eat what you'd like, just watch the rest of your days caloreis. Happy birthday! It's also my sister's birthday today!

I thank you both for your insight. I will give it a try!:flowerforyou:

I sure wish somebody would reply to my post. I'm sure somebody has some idea of what I'm going through!

That's great, way to keep with it!

I totally agree with this. Granted I do turn away from temptations on a daily basis, but I do let myself have some stuff, just in very small portions. And when I do this, I am still within my calorie limits. I've always been told that if you keep denying yourself, one day you're going to induldge too much and go overboard!
