I officially fit into a UK size 14. This is monumental for me, coming down from a size 26. I've bought two pairs of jeans tonight that I thought it's something to aim towards, but tried them on tonight and they fit perfectly!

I think walking is hugely underated. If school is close enough, walk her there and back everyday. I have a pet hate for mothers who jump in the car to bring their kids 10mins down the road. Thanks all for the advice. Im going to have a good dinner tonight as in lots of veggies take my measurements and weight tomorrow morning and hopefully it will kick start me. We all make a few bad decisions... the thing is to pick yourself back up and not let it get you down. You seem like your in the right frame of mind though, If you are feeling hungry try go for lower calorie foods... fill up on fruit or salad. Stay strong!
