Thank you!! I really just cut out all drinks besides water, I also cut out all fast food and most bread. It would only eat bread about once or twice a week and that was just like a slice. I had my calorie goal set to 1,200 cals a day. I followed that regime everyday. I did not have save anything for weekends or anything.…

i eat about 1200 calories to 1500 a day! I normally have about 600 left a day after my workouts and everything. I burn about 1100 calories for each of my workouts!

Thanks!!! Anything is possible!!! I really just stopped eating bad food! I eat mostly salads! Not a lot of bread or fast food! And I run 6 miles a day as well as other gym cardio classes!
