I agree and really my goal is just to get going, if I lost 20lbs by then great but just some improvement would make me happier. Like I mentioned early I don't plan on destroying my body over it, I was just wondering if someone did something similar in a healthy way.

You're right I did and thats my own fault. However I do not plan to crash diet (because thats not safe), hence my seeking support on the forum. I want to get insight on healthy achievable methods and goals.

Contrary to popular belief sunlight does not actually provide adequate vitamin D unless you're the type out in the sun all day every day (which consequently can increase your risk of melanoma). Only certain types of rare light stimulate what is the beginning process of vitamin D synthesis and without proper levels of…

If you click the different break downs on the phone app, you can view vitamins and sodium and all that too, makes a good mobile option. Also make, your own soup in big crockpot batches and then you can freeze baggies of it for quick meals! :) It's cheaper, healthier, and usually tastier than the canned variety!

34G here! (a.k.a. 34DDDD) I usually have to double up on sports bra's combined with a tank that has support in it. It can be uncomfortable but its the only alternative to dropping a lot of cash on a good properly fitted sports bra. Which, if you can afford it, is really the best way to go, especially if you plan and…

I usually just try to find near no calorie fillers to snack on throughout the day like cucumbers, carrots, soba noodles. Then I can always sate my need to snack without breaking my calorie goals!

Healthy Favorite: Sushi/Sashimi any kind of fresh fish! Special Treat: If I feel like being "bad" bacon cheeseburger with grilled onions and guacamole! Had to Give up: Ranch Dressing, I like it on everything, I gave up traditional ranch but found a substitute that is SUPER low calorie. I just use powder hidden valley ranch…

Also just to clarify breakfast is VITAL for me, because if I skip it, I'm starving by lunch and much more likely to overeat or make poor food choices.

Personally I buy nutrition shakes for breakfast that way I know I'm getting nutrients, starting my day off right and am still eating something low-cal/healthy. They're great to literally grab and drink as you walk out the door. On days where I can make a breakfast I opt for oatmeal, or some fruits and veggies, maybe a…

I'm 5'2" and currently weight 146.5 lbs. I was 151, and I'm aiming for 126 lbs. I have 32FF's so I know that adds to my weight, I also have muscle from my job which adds weight. I don't think I could ever get back down to even 110 which is what I weighed in high-school, with like zero fat and zero muscle. :( It's…

Thanks for all the input guys, I think I'm going to change my goal to 1lb a week. Also I'm going to try and incorporate some kind of exercise. :)
-
I do eat my exercise calories although most of my exercise is just walking so it doesn't earn me too much. I do want to lose 2 pounds a week, which is why I set that goal. I just wish there were foods that would feel filling but not super calorie heavy. I find myself craving lot's of carbs and proteins. I've considered…

Any chance you're putting on muscle? That could attribute to the weight gain.

This is probably the wrong place to ask but I can't seem to figure out how I start a topic. I looked all over the site.
