my health food store grinds them weekly and sells them that way. I notice I um... go to the bathroom more when I use it in my breakfast. like I can clock it a hour or so after I eat on the days I use it. I am out now, and can tell. That's all I know about them. lol

Well, I just jumped onto the running bandwagon. I always use my HRM. Walking my HR is 135ish running it goes up fast. to the 177 range and I have to stop and walk. I get them as well. If I slow down my jog anymore, I will be at a fast walk. I can walk at 4.0. I work in a hospital surgery department where these are done. We have had plenty of diagnosis of "rectal bleeding" You can try that to see if insurance will fly with it. Most of the time rectal bleeding is from hemorrhoids, but sometimes they can be from a tumor. Worth a try atleast.

As in how to do them or how to log them. They are under strength training but anything in that area doesnt give you calories burned. So under cardio look up calisthenics. That is where you can log push ups, sit ups, crunches... stuff like that

How about this... Almonds are huge in calories, and so is peanut butter. The kind I get is 190 calories for 2 Tablespoons. You really should get to the 1200 mark. If you have to just eat the PB right off of a spoon. I love PB so much!

I am having such a hard time with breathing and running at the same time. I get the side stitch. I try to breathe in for 2 steps and out for 2 steps. I do know that I get them if I am not drinking enough. You know what I drink, a lot. So, on our busy days at work I get them because of not enough water. I drink a ton then it goes away. Not sure why.
