Thank you for the answer. I appreciate it. And, my goal is 135 .... I mean, I'm really looking to lose body fat more so than anything else. This is my second month and I have only lost 10 pounds.... but the inches is trying to shred..

Ty you all... i just feel really buff.... Its hard to get rid of it. May be considering liposuction. Not a confident feeling.
