  • Thats awesome my diet is similar to Paleo. I was dairy free also because the DR was doing some diet elimination tests but looks like I'm ok for dairy and thank god I'd miss my cheeses!   • I'm HORRABLE at drinking water, I hate it sadly. I'm forcing myself to drink it. I am not drinking any of my calories but I am on occasion drinking some flavored waters but trying to really limit it because of the artificial sweeteners.
