What a wonderful story! I wish you all the best for your fourth pregnancy.

I'm on Day 9 and loving it! I can see a real definition in my arms, even my husband has noticed.

I find that pre-planning my food for the day really helps. I do a weekly meal plan on Sundays, then each morning when I log in I add my breakfast and dinners. That gives me an idea of what I can eat for lunch and snacks. I also take 20 minutes a day for myself to exercise, as well as maybe going for a walk with the…

I lost quite a bit then got pregnant for the second time, and am currently working on losing myy last four pounds. Here is my progress though! I am 5'3. This was the day I left the hospital after giving birth on July 12, 2012. I was 148lbs. And here I am today, four days into the 30 Day Shred and nearly six months after…

I am within 4lbs of my pre-pregnancy weight after giving birth to my second son in July. I had a flat stomach again after my first c-section within two years. This time around though, I have a horrible pooch and flab, and I notice when I am doing push ups that a big area of my stomach skin sags. I did have 12 weeks of bed…

HI! I am 13 weeks today, so just logging on here to see that I am eating a good variety of foods. Not planning on losing weight at this stage obviously as I was maintaining beforehand anyway- I guess this is more to keep me in check and fitting in with the food guidelines.

Hi! I am in New Zealand.

Wow, you look amazing! Your husband must be so proud of you. And you must be proud of yourself too!

Hello and welcome!

If you search breastfeeding in your food (I use snacks) you can choose the time or amount and it will automatically deduct the calories from your food intake for the day.

I am 27 and from New Zealand, feel free to add me.

Hi, I am a stay at home mum too! I am nealry at the end of my weight loss journey but still need support and friends.

I tend to chew on some gum, go to the gym or keep my hands busy in the evenings. I will scrapbook or do some embroidery. Hobbies or a workout are a great way to keep you occupied and fill in time. I am currenlty working on about 4 different scrapbooks plus a birth sampler, and so when I am tempted to sit in front of the TV…

I still breastfeed my 17 month old 1-2 times per day. You can add it to your food log- search breastfeeding older baby. I add it to my snacks and it deducts 300 calories from my daily total, which is the correct amount needed for feeding a 15-24 month old baby who is breastfed but still on solids. I hope that helps!

I can definitely see a difference, especially in your back area. Keep up the good work!

Thank you everyone for your kind comments. I feel like I have been in a rut with watching what I eat and doing cardio, and yes it has worked wonderfully in dropping the weight but I am ready for that next step. I will definetely look into some of your suggestions about Yoga, and my husband bought me the Jillian Michaels 30…

I do a sort of boot camp once a week and run on the treadmill, so yes now I think it is time to do some strength training. All those machines just look a bit daunting!

-
Oooh count me in please!

I breastfeed my older son 2-3 times a day. I search breastfeeding under Snacks and it automatically deducts 300 calories form my daily intake if I add it as a food. I hope that helps!

Thanks :) My mum bought me the dress as a congratulations of sorts, my whole family is very supportive.

Thanks. Yeah it was hard gaining the weight back but at least it was because I was pregnant, and I wanted my baby to be healthy and fueled up on the right types of food. Twins, wow! I am a twin and I take my hat off to you, looking after two at once must keep you active.

What about spreading some avocado onto your samdwich and added some dried fruits or a banana to your breakfast?
