Hi all! I am a busy mom of three 5 and under, my youngest being 5mths old. I am nursing quite a bit, anywhere from every 2-4 hours. What should my calorie intake be? And how do I enter that in to be considered in my settings? I know it takes alot of calories to burn! Thank you!

If you search breastfeeding in your food (I use snacks) you can choose the time or amount and it will automatically deduct the calories from your food intake for the day.0
