i dont recommend it. i did it three times first two i lost a pound. and got dizzy sick and the third i didn't lose anything.

when i feel really stressed and i am in the middle of working or doing something. i time my exercise for 1 minute or 2 minutes and do cardio as hard as i can or walk as fast as i can for 1 or 2 minutes it somehow helps my stress decrease. and hey it will help add to my real workout later. also i stress eat you can have 9…

My belly is biiiiig and while losing 100lbs it deflated to be flatter from the sides so of course gravity pulled that now empty skin lower so it hung down a bit further on my panties if that helps with a visual. i worry cuz i can spot my husband. he lifts a bunch he uses two smaller bars the barbells and places each in a chair so it cant fall on top of him. hope it works for you. just a chair on each side of the bench

i have pizza once a week. just make that your cheat day if its over. sometimes i try to be really healthy at other meals and can fit it in.

I have always heard to do cardio and weights just alternate days. I have also heard weights 3 time a week to build muscle. I use resistance bands. good luck!

i don't know if they help or not. i haven't tried them. i do work with two ladies that sell them they also both are on a diet and workout. one works out an hour a day the other 30 minutes with a personal trainer. since they had to add these i don't think they would help that much.
