I wanna be man too. My OH has started to eat more healthy and does the odd walk He's lost over a stone in weight and his clothes fall off him. I exercise for 4hrs three times a week and try to limit myself for 1500 cals a day AND still struggle to lose weight. :s

Meshashesha2012, It's quite easy to hide making yourself sick. People see you eating but don't see what you do in the bathroom. I made myself sick on and off during my teenage years and early 20s. Nobody knew or suspected... not even my boyfriend who I lived with during my 20s.

Hey, I've been on here forever and not getting very far. This years NY res was to finish the year lighter than before which although i haven't lost much, I'll be able to tick off. Hiya, I would get red/purple stretch marks when they are new and ofter a time they would turn to silver. When I've lost weight they are fine dented lines in my skin. I can feel them as well as see them. Much prefer the silver lines. :o)

I’d only go for the champas if you’re going to mix it with orange juice. If it’s complementary it’s bound to be a very cheap one which won’t take very nice. I agree and see if you can have a rose White Zinfandel which will be sweet compared to Chardonnay and Merlot which both could be a bit acidic. Not a great introduction…
