Where do you live? I would love a running partner! There are some groups in our town that meet and run together. That my be a good way to start, find a group that runs in the morning you know those people are fitness minded. Google running clubs in your city!

I just had dinner, I made shiritake noodles with Thai peanut sauce and srirachi with fresh basil. It was amazing good! After the first bowl I made it all over again. Yum yum

In my experience they will never change! But that doesn't mean they can change you! On,y you need to know what you are putting in your mouth.
