To mostly the men, was there something someone said to you or could've said to you to "convince" you to finally decide to lose excess weight? Whether it was your doctor or your significant other? Or was it something that you just decided inside yourself?

I am a morning exerciser and love that I can get my workout or run in before my morning shower and dressed for work. What supplements or vitamins have people taken that they actually notice they feel better or are helpful in losing weight? For me chromium really makes a difference and Vit C keeps me healthy! I never notice a difference with multivitamins though.
I just had the best snack... grilled chicken that I cut into bite size pieces and let sit in balsamic vinagrette. I like having something small at this time of day so I am not starving when I walk into the door after work.
