Its great to read this. I ran my first 5k then I start reading around and hear people saying how they could jog/walk it in that time. I was thinking I worked my butt off for this I should be proud not disappointed. :( Thanks for making me proud again!

thats for the suggestions. I feel that I've been having trouble staying under the 1300 lately but I've been sick and not being as strick on my diet. But I do know that once it drops me lower I will probably have to go to .5 lbs a week. Not sure I can handle less than 1300 :)

I have lost almost all my 27 to walking. I have done some running but I can burn the same amount of calories walking at a high incline as I can running :)

I rotate I work one 12 over night a week 6-6. I just try to eat close to 1200 today I am under. But I know I will eat again in a couple hours. I just try not to be way under.

I've heard alot of people say eat more for one day and that does the trick. I've had friends on here write status about how they binged and they are so sad. Then 2 days later they have lost 3 lbs. I'm sure everyone is different but your body is just used to what you have been doing. I would just change up one(cal/excerise)…

I'm getting married 10-13-12, since i've ordered my dress i've dropped -19.6 lbs. My dress is in and go and get it the 23 I'm so excited :)
