its especially hard where they post the calorie counts. its awesome to know what they are, but it makes it hard to justify ordering what you really want. and then you order something lower calorie and it sucks. might as well have ordered the 1700 calorie dish and just eaten a third of it.

The human body is designed to adapt however your hunger response can be effected by many many different things. The amount of sleep you get, your activity level, your hormones, your stress level, emotions. Every day is different. I do recomment switching it up. I always have a fruit and veggie smoothie in the morning, but…

I do Zumba and I absolutely love it. You get out of it what you put into it. If you just go through the motions and don't get into it, you won't really sweat or loose any weight, but if you let yourself go and just have fun, you will! I wouldn't say that you will ever get real muscles from doing it, even the toning. It…

VARIETY!!! Mix up your diet, your work outs and your calorie consumption. Go over one day and way under the next. It keeps you metabolism guessing. Throw your body out of homeostasis. Your body is designed to adapt and get used to what we throw at it so if it has adapted to your eating habits, you need to knock it off…

After reading a bunch of these, I've realized how many people keep super toxic relationships. Please Please dump the people that don't support you. Friends and family should raise you up, not drag you down!

Oh, look. I can see your neck again......

I would just do as much research as you can. I don't know the science behind everything, but I have to think there is a reason why chronic disease and illness run rampant in this country, even in people who don't eat 'junk'. with so many 'manufactured' foods and additives and lab created chemicals that have been introduced…

No wonder no one recognizes you! You look like a totally different person. So much healthier and happier. I have the same face I've had since kindergarten so no one will ever NOT recognize me! Makes things awkward when I run into people from childhood. I have no freakin clue who they are and they all know me.

For some reason, no one has mentioned eggs. I love eggs as a post work out meal. Several egg whites mixed with one or two whole eggs and scrambled with a crap load of veggies and a little bit of low fat feta. Delish!

I love zumba and I actually use YouTube to find zumba videos. Otherwise, if you have an XBox 360, the zumba for the Kinect is good- Rush and Core, not the first one that came out. There are several good ones if you have a Kinect. Check out the reviews on ones that look interesting to see if they are any good

MANGOS!!!!! I absolutly love a good mango. I know theres alot of sugar, but all that fiber and vitamin C and all the other nutrients. SOOOO good. Also, raspberries. I could eat them forever!!!!! My perfect healthy dinner is roasted couliflower, fresh mango and raspberries and fresh steamed shrimp.

I honestly weigh almost everyday. I just like to keep it fresh in my brain so I know if I start to get lazy or trick myself into thinking a night of pizza, wings, beer and cake aren't going to effect things. I don't enter in my weight to MFP everyday. I just do it for me, to keep myself on track. I think that…

My goal is a herd of corgis. At least 5. Of course to have that, i will have to become super rich to give them the life style i would want for them. Also rich enough to hire a live in maid just for all the corgi fur.

I'm sure i am repeating what others have said but exercise is VITAL for health in every way. Building muscle and cardiovascular endurance helps your metabolism. Which, in turn, burns more fat and calories while you are just sitting. It even improves your mood so you are less likely to be depressed or stressed. (both…

I always find that if i don't eat some of them back, i get ravenously hungry either that day or the next day and risk binging and ruining all my hard work. You should base it on how your body reacts, but if you eat back some of the calories, especially in lean protein, you are helping your body recover and build lean…

Food intake becomes super important. I sprained my ankle last year and still managed to loose about 11lbs before i could start exersicing again. I focused on fresh fruits and veggies, I also started using Arbonne protien shakes, but any lean protien will do. And keeping a positive attitude it a big part. Its easy to get in…

Try something liquid like hot tea or maybe even cocoa. The hot liquid will fill your stomch and trick your brain into thinking its full. A mug of cocoa is less calories than a typical binge and you get chocolate!

sorry, I gotta say that twinkies, even the deep fried ones, are just disgusting! there are good hostess crap junk food items, but twinkies aren't one of them. theres not even any chocolate involved. although i use the word 'chocolate' loosely. your much better off going to a real bakery and having something truly worth the…

I don't have any diagnosed allery or intolerance, but i know i feel so much better when i reduce my gluten intake. I sleep better, my skin is better, I have more energy. The human body isn't designed to digest the amount of gluten in a modern western diet. Its healthier for everyone to reduce the amount of gluten…

Arbonne has a wellness line that includes 'fizz tabs'. They are tablets you add to water and they have citrus and pomegranate. They have B vitamins, a little caffine and a few other things. That helped me kick the java. it gives you the energy boost you would get from coffee with the added benefit of cleansing liver and…

Zumba is amazing! I always hated the gym, hated exersice, but then i tried zumba. it really is like a party. you know your getting a work out because your sweating buckets, but its sooooo fun! and anyone can do it. you don't really need coordination. just keep moving until you get the feet right, then add the arms once…
