I was diagnosed by my allergist as being gluten intolerant. So, yes when I am gluten free I feel much better (much like a lactose intolerant person does when they remove dairy from their diet). If you don't really have any medical issues, then it shouldn't make much of a difference.0

I don't have any diagnosed allery or intolerance, but i know i feel so much better when i reduce my gluten intake. I sleep better, my skin is better, I have more energy. The human body isn't designed to digest the amount of gluten in a modern western diet. Its healthier for everyone to reduce the amount of gluten consummed, if not eliminate it. I have a hard time with being totally gluten free (I can't live without a few things that definitely have gluten in them) but doing a reduced gluten diet helps alot!0

Yes and yes. A nutritionist suggested it for my daughter and me; we both have thyroid issues and wheat/gluten seems to be involved for a lot of people w/Hashimoto's. Being gluten/wheat-free cuts out a whole lot of mindless eating, so maybe that's why I felt better almost immediately. Udi's and Tinkyada products make really good substitutions, but they're super expensive so I only buy them for special occasions. When I eat gluten I bloat, my joints ache, I feel fatigued and I've noticed that my immunity goes down.0

Yes and yes. Slipped and started eating wheat again for a while. Felt worse.0
