I FULLY AGREE!!!!! and i learned its not so much the brand as the model of shoe. I was wearing New Balance and my feet, shins, and knees were killing me. honestly, i google each ingredient and just add it all up. i have found the caloric value for everything i have ever looked up on there. search "calories in ..........." and if i cant find it that way, i try "nutritional value of................" works like a charm as long as you know about how much of each thing you ate.…

If you just started here, first off "Welcome!" ..... next, I've found that tracking my exercise on this site is a big motivator for me. I get a kick out of logging everything..... loved the suggestion about new work out clothes. gonna use that one myself...... also loved the "just do it" comment.... yes, yes yes! sooo…

thanks. you're right. i didnt explain it as well as i thought. i log 20 min jogging at the lowest speed and then 40 minutes walking as a 'dog walk pace" (because i am actually walking my two dogs and pushing my litle guy in the stoller all at the same time. LOL. you should see the looks i get as i go down the road :tongue:…

I time how long i do each and record it together. i can't run the whole time (...yet... :wink: ) so it's more of 3 min jogging, 5 min walking, etc. by then end it usually comes to about 20 minutes jogging and 40 minutes of walking.
