Here are my before and during pics. This is Level 1 results. I just moved on to level 2 today! So the first one is just before I started L1 and the 2nd one is just finishing L1. Not much of a result yet but it's looking better. :)

I do the same thing. I weigh my self anytime I am in my bathroom really. But mostly in the mornings and before Bed. I know I will gain during the day and be lower again in the morning, but I still want to see the flucuation. :)

That is awesome. I was able to put on a pair of 16 shorts yesterday. They fit snug but I could get them buttoned. I started out in a tight 18. :) Yeah for us and our NSV's! Keep it up.

Thanks everyone! Glad I could be a motivator for others. Yes "CallmeBAM" I actually stopped drinking sodas and drink pretty much just water now, that and I try to stay away from fast foods as much as possible. It was my down fall for sure. :) But I think drinking nothing but water everyday has helped my skin a lot.

My Zumba DVD's just showed up this morning. Workout # 1 I did 40 mins. of the Zumba Live and 30 mins of the Zumba Scuplt and Tone. My current Measurements are Weight = 182.4 Hips = 45 Thighs = 26 Bust = 40 Waist = 39 Arms = 13

I'm checking in a day late here. Last weigh in I was 184.6 and this Weigh in I'm 182.4 So that is about two lbs. I'm a little disapointed though as I was down to 180.6 last week with a total loss of 4 lbs but now I'm back up two lbs. I guess I just need to work at it harder.

So how are you doing with your 30-day Tae Bo Challenge? I have Tae Bo and the Bootcamp DVD's. I just started using them today. I really like it. The Tae Bo burns a lot of Cal. I'm going to jump in a little late on your 30-day Tae Bo Challenge, Day #1 for me today.
