  • Mine is on Weds. and Sunday mornings. As soon as I get up. Sometimes I'll skip Weds. and do Thurs. instead. Don't know why but if I know I have a reason to think Weds. won't be good I'll do Thurs. instead. Of course the only one I'm fooling is myself. But myself won't listen to me sometimes...LOL
  • I've got about the same and I'm putting my goals in 10 pounds at a time. I seem to see the end of the tunnel that way and then I go on to the next 10 pounds. This is working for me right now and I'm trying to do this slowly so the weight will stay off. So there's a lot of us out here. Your not alone.

  • Stay strong, when I first started this I stayed the same for 2 weeks, then some weeks I lost a pound and next week gain 2 or 3 pounds.   • I lost 8 pounds the first month too. no exercise either because of bad legs. I've done 75 days so far and lost 17. There's weeks I don't lose nothing. Your doing very well and just wante you to know that.

  • I count my calories and fats. I'm losing slow and steady but I do eat a lot of veggies and fruits. At least 4 times a week I have hard boiled eggs and some other protein. Fish or beef or chicken. Works for me. Good luck if it works for you but your missing out on other basic healthy foods.:drinker:
  • I just found the most delicious way to cook raw shrimp..I steam them on a rack with a little water on the bottom I flavor the water with a lot of Mrs. Dash Garlic and herbs seasoning. Steam for 2 minutes or until pink and curled. The flavor is great and easy to do. I like easy and fast...........
  • I just started myself this summer and I can't wait til next summer. I'm retired and lots of aches and pains and a lot of weight to lose.   • I'm in the over 65 years old bracket and have over 100 pounds to lose. I've been on this healthy food program for almost a month and have lost only 5 pounds, I can't excersise because of weak legs that allows me to walk with a walker which is only short distances and then have to sit down. I hope you all have some good…
