I eat a ketogenic diet and have done for a year (though I kinda fell off the wagon a little over the summer and restarted in August). It works for me and I've lost 25kg so far. So I'm happy with that.

Currently... 164cm tall 76.1kg (167lb) EUR 38/40 which is a UK 12 or 10 in some places. Starting... 164cm tall :wink: 98.6kg EUR 46/48 or UK 18/20 or I just used to wear men's clothes. I'm about halfway through!

Yeh, I didn't have any Cream of Tartar in so just used my 'go-to' bicarb! Maybe using a different cream cheese would help though. Thank goodness I didn't add any extra salt...
