When you go out to eat dont forget to tell theservers you have allergies. Most have allergy matrixes made up. I have a few friends that even went as far as only going to certain places only. Lose 1-2# this week. Getting back on track eating wise because this past weekend I was with family and splurged a bit. I logged it but I definitely took a few steps back. I learned ive got to keep tighter reigns when around family events.

Depends on your taste. Mushrooms hold alot of water so when you sautee them the will lose some weight. Butter always helps but then again you have to factor the calorjes in you intake too. I was always under the impression that b12 helped the body regulate energy. I can see maybe if a person doesnt have enough and then gets shot but if your healthy although overweight...I dont remember having seen any medically supported documentation that firmly states that b12 shots are the so so called 'magic bullet'

Generally if its past 11 and I get hungry I drink water or milk and this helps. Sometimes I need more so I would eat something like an egg white boiled or chobani greek yogurt. Log it all!!!

A lot of great advice! My quick 2cents. Know your numbers bmr, set goals daily weekly monthly and reassess every now and then. I would also maybe recommend eating out half as much or at least watch out plan ahead for the calories your going to intake.

Im grateful for the time I was able to spend with my mom and brothers family at riverbanks zoo today even though I blew my caloric intake at littlepigs bbq......I did log it all and im back on routine again. Got some really cool pics. Tomorrows my dads bday. I miss ya dad. Happy bday!

Wow! Prelogging is impressive guys. I know that wouldnt work for me. Id feel restricted and would break it early. Logging as I go helps me feel in more control and I always know where im at. Besides I pretty much have a routine down by now and its been working for me.

I think pretty much everyone has the right answer. The only thing that I would say is an apple is healthier than apple juice plus it has fiber. Also, if you eat it log it. Try and limit your intake of processes/refined sugars and HFCS. Thats my 2 cents hope it helps.
