As simple and uninteresting as it sounds, I often cook a bunch of chicken breasts is dijon mustard and garlic, and eat them cold, stuffed in wraps with spinach and nothing else.

Blended up frozen raspberries, banana and chia seeds. It felt about right, I had some calories to spare, and was short on fiber for the day.

Thanks for the encouragement. Two days done. Got silly and ate two greasy burgers, though earned most of the calories back by extending my time on the elliptical. Brain cramps are allowed to happen, right? :)
