goal - one sit up
Well, that's about as deflating as it gets. For ****s and giggles I tried pulling off some sit ups. Not crunches, or any other hybrid thing, but old school sit ups. I couldn't complete one. So what is the strategy for getting to a point where someone can do a single situp?

Step one
12:03am, so I guess I"m actually starting this today, not tomorrow! The plan is to use the calorie calculator, eat better, go to the gym twice a week, and basically get this parked car moving again. Fairly typical I'm guessing, but I'm going to stick with it!

Does having a good serving of protein as part of your breakfast matter? If so, what are some tricks to increase the protein you get in the morning?
