Self-control. Get some or it'll be soo difficult. I'd just not to completely dive into it.. For example if you eat a whole chocolate bar everyday, cut it down to eating half everyday or just a piece of it. Use small bowls and dishes, makes EVERYTHING look bigger. Since this is a fitness website... I'll choose a fitness dare. I started this 4-week "Green Sally" Song squat challenge. I dare the person above me to complete one round of the squat challenge with the song, going ALL THE WAY DOWN, WITHOUT STOPPING AT ALL, for the full 3 minutes. :) It's burn-tastic!
