    Since this is a fitness website... I'll choose a fitness dare. I started this 4-week "Green Sally" Song squat challenge. I dare the person above me to complete one round of the squat challenge with the song, going ALL THE WAY DOWN, WITHOUT STOPPING AT ALL, for the full 3 minutes. :) It's burn-tastic!
