I just worked out but its late so I wanted something that would have protein (8g per cup of soy) and be able to make fast. (my bananas aren't ripe enough for my protein smoothies :brokenheart: )0 -

I haven't eaten breakfast yet... still in bed on this lazy Memorial Monday morning. So dinner was a hot pot style dinner with my family. We had yu choy and some other Chinese vegetables, enoki mushrooms, shrimp, squid slices, sturgeon fish, and sliced beef. Yum yum.0

Dominos wedges and chicken strippers . Why? Because it's a bank holiday and me and my other half wanted to pig out hah. Had choc as well. But back to it tomorrow.0

Gummy bears. Cause, i'm addicted to them squishy little criters! Barely a day goes by that I dont have them for a snack. Helps pass the time away while at work and not to mention a great stress reliever by biting off their heads.0
