mint flavoured club chocolate biscuit. why? because I like them. and I had a zero carb breakfast before that so some carbs were necessary to balance it out :drinker:0

Half of a Caffe Nero Raspberry, Orange and Green Tea fruit booster. Basically tasted like syrup. Way too sweet and not worth the calories for the whole thing. Left it on the train!0

And as I was sitting in work eating them, remembered I had lovely blueberries at home I could have added to it! Oh well, will eat them tomorrow! :happy:0 -

5x Egg Whites
5x Pieces of Low-Sodium Bacon
Aside from the bacon, that's my standard, every day breakfast and the bacon was left over from another day.0 -
I had wild-caught salmon with horseradish mustard for breakfast! Coffee with stevia & a big glass of water on the side.0
