A Klondike Caramel & Nuts ice cream bar. Or two. Because it was the end of the day and I had all of these calories including unused fat and sugar left.0

I had a Galaxy Ripple, because I was still a fair amount under my calories for the day and I didn't have the time to make anything better. Feeling guilty now though.
if it fit into your calories for the day then why do you feel guilty?
It put me a little over my sugar and sat fat macros. I always feel guilty when I have a sweetie since I'm overweight, I unfortunately have a mega sweet tooth.0 -

(395 Calories) A bacon, sausage, egg, and cheese croissant I made. We ran late to church this morning so we skipped breakfast. When we got home, I felt these were a quick and easy option. Something I know everyone will love.

Drank an equate diet shake because stupid me wasted my calories for today by eating 4 slices of cheese, and drinking coffee and iced tea and didn't want to go too much over.
I will do better with real food tomorrow.0
