Chicken cacciatore over rice with veggies and cheese sauce. Also diet blueberry juice because it is amazingly tasty.

Raw almonds and strawberries. (I have a quick meet-up in an hour and would rather take the time to enjoy dinner afterwards rather than cram it in my face before.)(Also, they're just good.)0

1/2 cup of Rice Dream Gelato (Salted Caramel) and 2 T of almond butter.
Why? I ran a mile in 10 minutes and felt like eating something. The Rice Dream is something I've never tried before, seeing if I like it. It's overly sweet, which is why I added the almond butter, to balance it out.0 -
Tomato, mozzarella & arugula on rosemary, olive oil & sea salt bread. because it was dinner time at work & that was the tastiest & freshest looking sammich available in the prepared foods area.0

Wholemeal bagei with extra light cream cheese, smoked salmon and lettuce for a bit of crunch!

Overnight steel cut oats, slow cooked in water/almond milk with coconut sugar. I also mixed in one egg yolk and some vanilla extract and also topped it with blueberries, coconut flakes, and walnuts. Yum...0

A Memphis style rib and Texas style beef brisket. Why? Because it was in the fridge, left over from last night and I was hongry.0
