    grilled steak, white rice and carrots with dill and Mrs. Dash Garlic Blend...I had a lot of cals to work with today so I am enjoying every bite :flowerforyou:

    A Klondike Caramel & Nuts ice cream bar. Or two. Because it was the end of the day and I had all of these calories including unused fat and sugar left.

    I had a Galaxy Ripple, because I was still a fair amount under my calories for the day and I didn't have the time to make anything better. Feeling guilty now though.

    if it fit into your calories for the day then why do you feel guilty?

    It put me a little over my sugar and sat fat macros. I always feel guilty when I have a sweetie since I'm overweight, I unfortunately have a mega sweet tooth.

    Why: because I wanted something sweet and to avoid something dangerous I try to go towards citrus fruits. It helps and they are super yummy!

    (395 Calories) A bacon, sausage, egg, and cheese croissant I made. We ran late to church this morning so we skipped breakfast. When we got home, I felt these were a quick and easy option. Something I know everyone will love. :)

    Drank an equate diet shake because stupid me wasted my calories for today by eating 4 slices of cheese, and drinking coffee and iced tea and didn't want to go too much over.

    I will do better with real food tomorrow.

    - 500 grams of baked Russet potatoes (400 cals)
    --> 2 tbsp (32 grams--> 170 cals) of chocolate peanut butter on top of half the potatoes
    --> 15 g (~ 3 tsp--> 105 cals) margarine on the other half of the potatoes
    - 200 grams of pork loin (with Montreal Style Seasoning)--> 300 cals
    - 130 grams of broccoli--> 44 cals
    - 157 grams of blueberries --> 89 cals
    - 3 Werther's Original candies --> 60 cals
    - 5 no sugar added Mr. Freezie (only 5 calories each-- was going to have about 20 but had more blueberries because they were delicious)
    - 2 cups of water
    --> Total Calories for this meal = 1,193

    Why?
    It fit my macros (and micros) for that particular meal spot.
    One more meal to go (at ~ 9:00 p.m). I have 1,307 calories left to go.
