    Piece of multigrain toast with a teaspoon of honey.
    Because I am lacking on my daily totals and needed something..was also lacking in carbs, so why not....ended up going 6 over in carbs, but still under calories

    Why?

    Because I have a long way to goal and it fits my cal goals and I love chocolate and can stick to cal goals better with a little dessert in my life.

    Currently drinking a mixed berry smoothie (raspberry, blackberry and strawberry), with low fat yogurt, almond milk and lots of ice.
    Because I am under my calorie goal for the day so instead of a chocolate bar, I grabbed this!

    I don't eat enough vegetables as it is so I decided to have that tonight,
