Tara, I agree with everyone here. I can NOT eat when I first get up and dont run well with anything on my stomach either so I usually go on empty until I get done and then grab some breakfast if I run in the morning. I prefer running at night.

Tara, you definitely need to add a muscle building routine to your weekly exercises. This will help prevent running injuries and will transform your look which may help boost your motivation. Running is great, but needs company. Also, on a weekend try some trail running to mix things up a bit and help you relax.

There is a dessert in the "Biggest Loser Family Cookbook" 1.5 teaspoons fat-free sugar free hot fudge 1 small banana 1.25 cup fat-free sugar free vanilla yogurt 1/3 cup fresh strawberries 1 tablespoon Grape-nuts cereal I use frozen yogurt and its delicious. 195 calories per serving makes 1 serving

Jspirko, dont let results get you down. Do the exercises for nothing else but to be healthier. If you are burning the calories and turning fat to muscle the results will come.
