I did this back in 2002 and lost 7 kgs.... :) and was able to maintain it for a year. Again I did it and lost 5 kg in 2003 and again almost maintained for 2 years (but then i got pregnant and gained weight) But later in 2010, with a healthy diet and exercise, I lost 25 kgs... maintaining that...

We Indians make delcious curries with it.. u can search for paneer curry recipes on google.. we call cottage cheese, Paneer. Hope it helps..

6 to 7 small meals is better coz ur metabolism is always high, plus by having smaller meals, u can shrink ur tummy... plus u r never hungry (which is the reason we always grab that pack of crisps).. so 6 smaller meal are a better bet...
