For us going by lbs instead of kg, Happy scale app is awesome, it forecasts out what your weight and helps with the fluctuation of water retention, etc.

I was up from yesterday and I feel fine about it, however, I do wish it was the other way. I didn't over eat, it was very hot and I drank lots and lots of water. I should be down tmo. :-)

Awesome! I agree it does help when it's not only you looking if you went over your calorie count. We could do one thread that has our daily calorie intake and another for those who want to weigh in everyday.

Awesome! My new favorite thing to take the crave away is homemade Kale chips. I love spice, so added several different spices, used zero calorie olive oil spray, put in the oven at 350 for 15 mins, delicious!

Me too! I have 10 lbs to hit my goal! I let 10 lbs creep up on me over winter. I stopped weighing myself daily, shame on me!
