my hubby has type 1 diabetes and the only sign was weight loss and that he was always thirsty. He was at the doctor only 6 months before being diagnosed and he was fine. worth checking out again. Myself, when I am SOOOO thirsty, is when I have eaten way too much salt.

hmmm... i wondered this too... I think pop is discusting but my husband drinks so much coke zero. I tell him not to but his arguement is that it's Zero! he has type 1 diabetes so he can't drink regular. I don't know why I think it's bad... it's just stuck in my head that it is.

no problem Barb :) I had to do that one day bcause my shin splints were SO bad. I used my 3lb weights and wow I was sweating. It's a great workout... and a good back and arm workout.

Oh man my knees and shins are killing me too. But its EVERYTIME I workout. I JUST Got new shoes last night and had them on today. LOVE them!!! You know what you can do? If your knees bug you too much maybe instead of jumping jacks and stuff that puts pressure on the knees just do the squat punches holding your weights.…

ok day 9 is done....... also added some crazy dancing for 15 minutes for good measure! LOL. My 3 year old thought it was hilarious. Will do my "day 10" this evening. Said it before, but I would not be able to make it thus far without my workout buddies Thanks ladies :)

I would still do the taebo because it is great cardio. Just add the hred to your normal routine... It's only 20 minutes to that should be easy. I usually do 45 mins of P90X CardioX every second day. once i made ground turkey with taco seasonings. I put the wrappers into a muffin pan and cooked them crisp in the oven. Place the taco meat into the wrapper and topt with salsa and a bit of cheese... like little taco cups. I enjoyed them.
