  • *Raises hand* I'm 24. I my weight bounces between 145 and 147. I am already down from 170, but would like to get down to at least 135.
  • I cut off alcohol completely for a while. Then I decided to partake in bourbon or tequila on ice. Now I'm back to drinking wine like it's apple juice. I don't feel like I'm losing any more or less weight because of it, though.
  • Trust me. I've tried several "diet" pills including raspberry ketones. None of them work. I haven't had luck with diet and exercise either, but at least that's free. :laugh:

  • Great. I started off looking for a simple pedometer, but of course now I want something "fancy". I'm going to look into the FitBit Flex as well since it's not going to cost me $130.
