I have also been doing this all at home for about a year now, and am happy to report that I lost about 15 much needed pounds. I have a few dumbbells and resistance bands. I recently found some low impact cardio that you might like. If you would like me to send you the links, feel free to send me a message or friend…

So awesome! Great work my friend. I'm glad you are able to find the blessings that are here during this weird time.

Sakura, that is great progress in two months. Great work!

Great work. It took me about 6 months to lose roughly the same amount of weight. Good job! And best wishes with the half marathon.
-
Gorgeous! And you look so content and happy in your body, too. Great work.

You look fantastic. What's your next goal?

Eating a cinnamon bun, cheese, and apple...in bed...

I'm eating approx 1700 a day to lose 0.5 lbs per week.

Good for you Loraa! I find myself more active than usual during these times. My preferred workout right now is resistance training, using bands and weights. Wishing you all the best in this, and a happy Easter to you.

I have something called Patellofemoral Syndrome. I'll let you google that to see if the symptoms and pain seems familiar. Doing reverse lunges and running is what really set it off. Foam rolling my IT Band and quad was what has really helped me.

You can also get flavoured cans of tuna. I like Cloverleaf Lemon Pepper. About 120 calories, and about 18g protein.

I use GNC Total Lean Isolean protein. 1 scoop is 85 cal, with 20 g protein, .5 fat, and only .5 carbs! My favourite flavour is the Vanilla Cream. The chocolate is nothing special.

@Ian, are you looking any different than before? Clothes fitting more loosely? Upon initially reading this, I'd be inclined to think that the weight you are gaining is in the form of muscle.

I aim for 3L a day. I have a bottle that holds 1L and refill it as needed to hit this goal. I use tap water. Also, for anyone that struggles with water intake, I found that downing 1L upon waking helps me.

Many years back, I used the original Crest White Strips, followed the instructions perfectly. I had great, noticeable results.

I often get this kind of response when I'm seen weighing my food. It sucks. But honestly, I just keep doing it because I'm focusing on my results and seeing progress. Sometimes I'll say that it's part of portion control, which is part of healthy eating, and that's it. Wish you the best in this.

Amazing. Keep it up

I noticed increased weight loss when I cut night time snacking, in combination with a consistent workout schedule and proper nutrition. Give it a serious try for 2 weeks and see what happens. Maybe the possible success will serve as ongoing motivation. Wishing you the best in this.

I was pretty stoked for the Red Velvet Oreos to drop, only to realize they weren't released in Canada. Did anyone have any?

Hi DD. One thing I do that helps me with sugary cravings is adding a half tablespoon of chocolate chips to almonds. That way I'm getting the benefits of almonds, and punching up their bland taste with dreamy chocolate. <3 You can also look into homemade recipes that use black beans and zucchinis in desserts (brownies,…

Me too ladies!

This was my problem for a long time as well. I am for 3 liters a day, and usually hit between 2.5-3. One thing I have found that has helped me greatly is drinking 1 liter upon waking, in the morning. I've also heard of people adding Mio to their water to give it a better taste.

Try seeing if it does this on another device -ie check on your computer if your doing this on your phone. Also, you can take a screenshot and email the MFP technical support team.

LMBO, too funny.

As oddly specific as it is, I'd say chin. It's very feminine, gives a nice heart shaped look to your face.

I'd say it's a bit closer to 26%, but yes, very alluring.
