  • Great for you. I look at each day as a beginning and try for at least 10 mins of exercise......This way I don't beat myself up as a little something is better than nothing.....

  • Hi, I am new to this also and sometimes lack motivation. What I found is just start slow. I started to walk to the end of my street and back, then extended that distance every couple of days. Give yourself at least 10 mins a day and you will start feeling more motivated. Do you have any dogs? I walk mine but I find at…
