I'm new

I'm new and I am giving it my all this time. I tried this app years ago and felt I was too busy to do the work. I have been doing this consistently now and I actually look forward to completing the diary daily. This app is helping me to see what I eat and what kind of calories I consume which was an eye opener.

Feel free to add me. I mainly use my phone and will try to log into the computer at least once a week. :smile:

    HI all, I'm new here and hope that I can finally stick to this. I'm from North Queensland in Australia, I have about 25 kg's to lose, I have just retired so should have plenty of time to do it now.

    Great for you. I look at each day as a beginning and try for at least 10 mins of exercise......This way I don't beat myself up as a little something is better than nothing.....
