I use my fitbit on the treadmill all the time....it seems to be accurate for the most part, but I really only pay attention to the amount of steps.

Well I started off trying to eat 1200 that didn't work...... Now I try to eat around 1500 calories but I usually end up eating around 2000-2300 calories in a day but I end up working the extra that I eat plus a little bit more off. So I am usually under for the day!! :love: :drinker: :bigsmile: :laugh: PS I have lost 13…

The way that I still enjoy having a drink while watching calories is to have Vodka and diet, or I do a flavored one. Sometimes it is Vanilla vodka and Diet Rootbeer! YUM YUM!!!

I just got one as a present.....I work on my feet all day though. I am going to start the actual test on it tomorrow when I go back to work to see how well it works!
