I have used both, and i now only use MFP. The fitbit site does have more flexibility on the exercise functions, but i think the MFP food data is way better. Yes I bought a good pair of New Balance running shoes. They fit comfortably and don't hurt when I run, or throughout the day. Only when I lay down at night, (or recline in my favorite chair to read)

Check out Jabra Sport model. They are wireless! I love not having that damn wire bouncing all over me. They sound good, hold charge well and are very comfortable. I use them with my iPhone and won't use anything else.

The Southwest salad with Southwest dressing and grilled chicken actually has decent nutrition values, even the sodium isn't that bad considering this is a once in a while meal. And the salad tastes good too.
