this is why I love this site, as people know how I feel!! It has come from parents saying eat everything on your plate or eat it for breakfast. This is the only place that actually understands me (God that sounded slushy!!:love: )

I don't eat mine back either but I know there is something scientific about your net calories being way under 1000 and that is bad, so either way I look at the week as a whole for calories and exercise and try to have a deficit of 5000-7000 to get a two pound loss.

isn't it something to do with BMR so... if my Basic Metabolic Rate meant I burnt off 1700 calories a day naturally. If I cut by 500 a day over the course of a week I'll have a deficit of 3500 which is a loss of 1 pound a week. And that is why you have to eat exercise calories back. green tea and just loads of water. I always have a pint of water beside me and make myself drink it. I also have about 7 cups of green tea throughout the day. There's loads of flavours if you don't think you'd like it. I lost 4 lbs last week from water retention, granted I need a wee ALL the time but it worked!

I gave up buying stir fry, couldn't use it quick enough! Now I buy the offers on at the supermarket and tinned stuff but I'm with ya it can get really expensive. Buy jacket potatoes and eggs. then I reckon just keep going with the laxatives. How much have you been eating? Have you been eating enough? If you don't feel packed up or twisty knotty belly (as I like to call it) maybe sit it out, but def log your food. Make sure you're eating enough and right. Hope this helps
